The hotel had amazing rooms, one of the nicest I've stayed in, of a good standard, but could have been cleaner in some areas. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff but some internal issues observed. The location was beautiful with fantastic floral displays and great overall experience. The dining was very nice with a good variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel sits right at the top of the stairs, offering stunning, spotless rooms with a lake view. The service is exceptional, especially in the bar and restaurant, making my brother's wedding unforgettable. The location is brilliant, with picturesque views of the river. The dining experience was good but could improve in terms of staffing and essential items. Overall, a lovely stay with a few areas that could be enhanced.

I stayed at this hotel overlooking the River in a really nice and spacious family room. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was immaculate, but it didn't resemble what was shown on the website, so we asked to upgrade. The service from the waiting staff to the leisure center staff was lovely and accommodating. They made sure our rooms were in a quiet area away from a wedding so we could get a great sleep. The location was full catering for people wanting to eat there but lacked places for drinks early. The dining was tasty and the dinner options were exceptional. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor hiccups.

The hotel is on the edge of the lough, overlooking the Shannon, with a hint of old style in the bar. However, it required driving to playgrounds.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, especially those with a river view, were spacious and offered a stunning outlook. However, cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, left much to be desired. On the upside, the food served was delightful.
